You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter on our website. In order to subscribe to the MED1stMR newsletter service, we need at least your e-mail address to which the newsletter is to be sent. Further information will be used to address you personally in the newsletter or to facilitate inquiries.  We use a double opt-in procedure to subscribe to our newsletter. This means that after your registration we will send you an e-mail to the specified e-mail address in which we ask you to confirm that you would like the newsletter to be sent. This ensures that only you can subscribe to the newsletter service as a user of the specified e-mail address.

You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and cancel the subscription. You can revoke by sending an e-mail to: shotpros@usecon.com. We will immediately delete your data associated with the newsletter distribution.

This website uses CleverReach for the sending of newsletters. The supplier is CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede. CleverReach is a service with which the newsletter dispatch can be organized and analyzed. The data you enter for the purpose of receiving the newsletter (eg e-mail address) will be stored on CleverReach’s servers in Germany or Ireland.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time by cancelling your subscription of the newsletter. The legality of the already completed data processing operations remains unaffected by the revocation.

Moreover, you have the right to object against procession of your data to an extent permitted by law. The same can be said about the right to data portability.
